Biography
Madhuri Jain Grover (b. 30 May 1981) is an entrepreneur and former Head of Controls at BharatPe. A NIFT-Delhi graduate with degrees in design and export management, she joined BharatPe in 2018 to manage HR, finance, and controls. In FY22, she earned ₹63 lakh at BharatPe. Despite her termination in Feb 2022 over alleged misuse of company funds and cancelled ESOPs, she and Ashneer went on to co-found 'Third Unicorn' in mid-2022. She also paid ₹1.1 crore in advance tax for AY 2022–23, marking her as one of India’s highest individual female taxpayers.
